Hi, I’m Emmeline

I am the creative director of your culinary experience, designing elevated moments where food, presentation, and story come together with intention.

As a child, I spent most of my time in my mother’s kitchen, where she was constantly preparing savory dishes inspired by her homeland, the Dominican Republic. I was inspired by how food can tell a story and convey cultural ideas and how it brings people together. Every meal I create reflects these values, providing excellent taste and nourishment for the mind and body.

I was raised in New York City, where I built my foundation in the food and beverage hospitality industry, surrounded by diversity, creativity, and the fast-paced energy that shaped my standards for excellence and service. While my passion for food was formed early, it was through my walk with Christ that my purpose became clear. What began as a love for cooking grew into a calling to serve others through it.

El Puente Catering is a faith-based business, rooted in excellence and driven by a desire to honor and serve God through service, stewardship, and the way people are cared for at the table. My work goes beyond catering it is about creating intentional culinary experiences that leave a lasting impression and reflect the values I stand on.

El Puente means “The Bridge”. It represents my way of bridging my family  to yours through the food. Every dish is made with care, drawing from my Hispanic roots and presented in a fresh, modern way. At the heart of it all is a love for tradition, thoughtful details, and a commitment to doing things with excellence so your table feels welcoming, intentional, and unforgettable.
