Hi, I’m Emmeline

As a child, I spent most of my time in my mother’s kitchen, where she was constantly cooking up a new savory dish from her homeland, Dominican Republic. I was inspired by how food can tell a story and convey cultural ideas and how it brings people together. Every meal I create reflects these values, providing excellent taste and nourishment for the mind and body.

I was raised in New York City and built my foundation in the food and beverage hospitality industry, but it was through my walk with Christ that my purpose became clear. What began as a passion for food grew into a calling to serve others through it. El Puente Catering is a faith-based business, rooted in excellence and driven by a desire to honor and serve God in every detail through service, stewardship, and the way people are cared for at the table.

El Puente means “The Bridge”. It represents my way of bridging my family  to yours through the food. Every dish is made with care, drawing from my Hispanic roots and presented in a fresh, modern way. At the heart of it all is a love for tradition, thoughtful details, and a commitment to doing things with excellence so your table feels welcoming, intentional, and unforgettable.
